| I think it would be an awesome idea for us, as a whole, to create a blog dedicated to losing weight. We could track our progress and set goals. We could motivate each other and type up what is helping us the most and how much weight we have lost. I think it would be interesting for us to set a goal, as a whole. Such as "the cult as a whole should try to lose 200 lbs in one year." Do you understand what I'm saying? We could post pictures of our progress and problem areas, or maybe even of us just doing exercise. It would be VERY motivational not only for us but for other people who read it. We'd be the healthiest cult on Subeta, haha! Anyway, if anyone is interested in this...please let me know. | |

| imo it might also help you personally to seek out a local group who does this sort of thing. Your community probably has a few like-minded people and if you are looking for encouragement and a sense of group it would help more to do it face-to-face, if you're able to access one of these sorta things. | |
