Starting next Monday, this will begin. It's going to be a one year challenge, which means that I need to lose at least 10 lb a month (2-3 lb a week). My method will be Wii Fit, which will include one hour of different forms of exercise a day such as yoga, strength training, and aerobics.
Pretty much, this is going to be where I update my activities and tips that I want to remember as well as things that I plan on doing and changes that I'm going to make in my life. All of this starts with what I eat. To lose weight, I have to eat healthier.
I'm cutting out all junk foods. Instead of snacking throughout the day and skipping meals, I'm going to three times a day and make sure to drink plenty of water (which I always do). I'm not going on a diet, I'm simply choosing better foods to eat. Such as cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, a yogurt for lunch, and only one portion of whatever we have for supper. NO SECONDS. You guys are gonna have to threaten me on that.
What is my motivation? Health and looks. I don't wanna have a heart attack. I wanna be pretty for my boyfriend. Enough said. I'm blogging about it because I'll need motivation and it will help me to keep on keeping on. I know I'll be tempted to stray from the right path like Borimor did when faced with The One Ring from Mordor. Don't be afraid to smack my hand a few times or yell at me. I need it.
